Ed has twenty years of executive search experience, coupled with deep expertise in building Boards and Senior Leadership Teams teams for high growth & investor-backed companies. He specialises in partnering with European headquartered B2B software, SaaS, AI & tech-enabled businesses.
He has an MA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford and the BVC from BPP Law School. Outside the office, Ed spends time walking with his wife and two sons on the beaches of Guernsey, or cycling and skiing in the Alps. Ed is a dual-national British-New Zealand citizen.
